There is a small callout fee which covers the cost of travelling to your home or site. This varies depending on distance from the Barossa Triangle (Angaston/Nuriootpa/Tanunda). There is a list of towns and associated callout fees on our Coverage page. It is generally between $10.00 and $20.00.

Note: The callout fee is NOT included in our "fixed or it's free" policy.

You will be given a quote before any work is carried out. Once the quote has been given for a particular job, that is the most you will be charged for that job. If other problems are found during the maintenance process which are not related to the original problem, you will be notified and further arrangements can be made if desired. You will NEVER receive any unexpected charges from Bartek Computing, guaranteed.

The quote is calculated according to the amount of time the job is likely to take, based on a rate of $40 per hour. It is sometimes difficult to assess how long a job will take, the quote you are given will be as accurate as possible. At Bartek Computing's discretion, you may be given a discount on the original quote if the job takes a shorter time than expected. You will NEVER be charged more than the original quote!

If for any reason Bartek Computing is unable to resolve your problem, you will not be charged except for the original callout fee.
